Colorado High Grade Roofing is an Evergreen-based roofing company built specifically for Colorado's foothills and mountain communities.
We started CHGR because homeowners deserve something different from the traditional roofing sales experience. When a storm hits or a roof starts showing its age, the first question shouldn't be "How do we sell you a new roof?" It should be "What does your home actually need?"
That's why we start with information. We assess your roof, document what we find, explain your options, and recommend the right path, whether that's a repair, replacement, insurance claim, monitoring the roof, or doing nothing at all.
Assess → Educate → Recommend → Build → Stay.
Our goal isn't simply to install your next roof. It's to become the roofing company you call for years, and confidently recommend to your neighbors, friends, and family.
We live and work at elevation and understand the hail, snow, ice, wind, UV exposure, wildfire risk and complex rooflines that come with Colorado mountain homes.
Mountain roofing isn't Denver roofing. Jefferson County's Wildfire Resiliency Code requires a Class A roof assembly in its wildland-urban interface; we adhere to Class A assembly and build every mountain roof for WUI code compliance.
CHGR operates through Weststone Construction, giving customers the capabilities of an established general contractor when storm damage extends beyond the roof.
Peter's CPA and financial background, combined with our construction and claims experience, means documentation, scopes and supplements are handled carefully and professionally.
Cindy brings decades of experience managing complex programs and customer relationships. Every CHGR project is built around communication, documentation and follow-through.
We recommend what's right for your home, even when that means repair, monitor, or do nothing.
We will communicate clearly and honestly from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
We will treat your property with the same care we would our own.
We will stand behind our work and be here long after the project is complete.
The best measure of our work is whether you'd trust us with the roof of someone you care about. That's the standard we work toward on every project.
Peter brings an unusual combination of construction, engineering and financial expertise to CHGR. A licensed Colorado general contractor and CPA, his career has included construction and finance as well as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche and Goldman Sachs.
That background is particularly valuable when a roofing project involves insurance. Peter understands construction scopes, estimating, documentation and the financial side of a claim, while never losing sight of the most important question: what does the home actually need?
Peter lives in Evergreen and is an active member of Evergreen Rotary.
Cindy oversees CHGR's operations and customer experience, ensuring projects stay organized, customers stay informed, and the details don't fall through the cracks.
She brings decades of experience leading complex programs, global teams and customer relationships for major companies. At CHGR, she applies that same discipline to something much closer to home: giving homeowners a roofing experience that is organized, transparent and remarkably easy.
A longtime Evergreen resident, Cindy has served the community through leadership roles including Evergreen High School PTSA as Treasurer and President and enjoys her volunteer time with Evergreen Rotary and Christ the King church.
Start with your address. We'll prepare your CHGR Roof Assessment Report™, inspect the roof, document what we find, and give you a straightforward recommendation.
